He added that cultural workers can access the registry, which can be done virtually, through the website (HERE), or in person at each of the Decentralized Directorates of Culture at the national level.

Who are the beneficiaries of Rentoca?

The beneficiaries of the Rentoca bonus are those whose declared income does not exceed two minimum vital wages (RMV). That is, S / 2,050. In addition, they must meet the criteria established in Directorial Resolution No. 000104-2023-DGIA/MC:

  • Have a directorial resolution for registration in the Rentoca issued until December 31, 2022.
  • That the average monthly income of the workers registered in the Rentoca does not exceed the amount of S/2,050 (2 RMV).
  • That the registered workers do not have coercive collection processes initiated by Sunat for breach of tax obligations or applied installments, in force on the date of granting the bonus.
  • That they are not in a condition of non-compliance with the obligations stipulated in the minutes of commitment or sworn declarations of calls for Incentives and Economic Support for Culture.
