Companies will only be able to operate in person if they prove complete vaccination of workers

The government de Pedro Castillo announced that as of December 15 of this year, every company With more than ten workers you can only operate in person if all your workers certify their full dose vaccination against coronavirus, according to Supreme Decree No. 168-2021-PCM published this Sunday, November 14 in the newspaper El Peruano.

Likewise, on the same date, the drivers and collectors of all public transport services, as well as the drivers who provide delivery services, may only operate if they prove their full dose of vaccination.

Also, as of December 15, 2021, in the four alert levels, those over 18 years of age who wish to enter closed spaces have to present their physical or virtual card that proves they have completed their vaccination against COVID-19, in addition to wear a mask permanently (KN95 or in its absence a three-fold surgical mask) to circulate on public roads and in closed places, or in places where physical or corporal distancing cannot be maintained.

In the case of restaurants or similar, the mask can be removed only when eating food.
