A total of 60 companies were recognized as the best to work in our country in this 2023, according to the famous Great Place to Work (GPTW) ranking. The contest classified them into three categories according to the number of personnel: companies of 10 to 250 workersof 250 to 1,000 and of more than 1,000. In this note, find out what are the organizations that led in each ranking.
Top 3 companies that led in all categories
The companies that led the three mentioned categories are the hotel company Hilton, the logistics company DHL and the supermarket chain Plaza Vea & Vivanda. Milagro Olivares, climate and culture leader of GPTW Peru, informed Forbes that in this edition the number of organizations applying for the ranking of the best places to work.

What aspects do the workers surveyed value?
According to Olivares, the 60 companies in the ranking register an emotional bond between the employee and the organization, have unique benefits, training and coaching, culture of recognition and fair compensation. In addition, 30 of the 60 recognized companies have more than 50% of their collaborators in remote or hybrid work modality and 21 firms have more than 50% women on their payroll.
Category from 10 to 250 employees
In this category, a total of 20 companies were recognized. As can be seen in the list, Hilton ranks first, followed by Cisco Systems Peru and DHL Supply Chain de Lima SAC. In this ranking, the supply chain was also certified malls Open Plaza and Parque Arauco.
