Specifically, the average price of the gasoline has escalated this week to 1,510 euros per liter, its highest level since September 2012 and thus approaching the historical maximum of 1,522 euros that this fuel touched on those same dates, according to data from the Oil Bulletin of the European Union.
For its part, the average price per liter of diesel oil, which also adds its tenth rally in a row, this week has been in the 1,384 euros, its highest level since late October 2012.

Despite these levels, the price of 95 unleaded gasoline in Spain is below the average for the European Union. In the case of diesel, the same thing happens. All this is due to a lower tax burden.
