Ministry of Housing plans to deliver more than 30,000 Techo Propio bonds in 2023

This subsidy is granted to low-income families who wish to purchase or build a home.

The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) plans to deliver 30,471 vouchers to low-income families who want to buy or build a home this year through the Techo Propio Program. The value of the Family Housing Bonus (BHF) for this 2023 is S/43,312 in the Acquisition of New Housing (AVN) modality and S/29,700 for those families who want to build on their own land.

To apply for the BFH in the AVN modality, you must have a monthly family income of no more than S/3,715, form a family group (take care of at least one relative as a child or brother), not own a home or land at nor having received previous housing support from the State, as well as having a minimum savings, which is equivalent to 0.3% of the value of the home that they are going to acquire.

In the case of the Construction on Own Site modality, It is required to have a monthly family income of no more than S/2,706form a family group and have a piece of land or independent land duly registered in public records, without liens or encumbrances.

In addition, you must not own another home or land at the national level or have received previous housing support from the State and have a minimum savings amount equivalent to 0.023% of the current UIT (S/113.85).
