Indecopi will auction off apartments from S/68,000 this Wednesday, February 1

The Indecopi Coercive Execution Unit reported that next Wednesday, February 1, it will carry out the first auction of goods of 2023. On this occasion, A total of seven properties seized from natural persons or companies will be auctioned that they failed to pay the sanctions imposed for violating free and fair competition, the intellectual property and the consumer rightsamong other offenses.

Between the estate to finish off are: a house in Santiago de Surco, from S/444,000; an apartment in commas, from S/68,000 (50% of shares and rights); a house in the Lima fence, from S/201,000; and a parking lot from S/7,000 in Window; among others. How can I participate in the auction?

Those people who wish to be bidders must have an amount of not less than 10% of the appraisal value of the property that will be auctioned and they wish to acquire. It can be in cash or by cashier’s check, payable to Indecopi.

For those who participate in the event on behalf of a natural or legal person, they must present a valid power of attorney registered in the respective registry office. It is worth mentioning that all people must carry their current National Identity Document (DNI); otherwise, they will be prevented from participating by the public auctioneer, as specified in article 37 of law 26497.
