“To our farmers I inform you that we are going to launch a bonus and reimbursement program for the purchase of fertilizers, as an extraordinary measure to reduce the negative impact on the economy of agrarian producers of family farming with a budget of 300 million soles”Said the president from Ayacucho.
As part of the achievements of his management, Castillo noted that More than 83,000 credits have been approved in favor of small farmers for a total amount of 967 million soles, which has allowed the rural economy to continue to reactivate and ensure the current agricultural season.
Likewise, the head of state mentioned that 400 million soles were transferred from the Agroperú Fund to the Agrobank to meet the demand of producers in 2021.
“200 lakes are under construction as well as 400 km of infiltration ditch for the benefit of 5,614 families, managing to store more than 6 million cubic meters for a cultivation area of 1,950 dedicated to family farming,” added the president.
