She alleges that Chyno has not seen her son since December 2021, and that she has not been able to contact him for over a year.

The visitation agreement the ex-partner reached in the 2021 divorce stipulated that Chyno would visit their son every night, which turned into sporadic visits during the week that did not last very long. According to Araos, Chyno has never let him know when the artist would return to the United States.

In addition to violating the visitation regime, Araos also states in the lawsuit that Chyno has not communicated with her at all since she went to Venezuela to complete a rehabilitation process, and that he has not been involved in Lucca’s upbringing.
