The Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Exports and Tourism (Promperú) reported that 150 Peruvian SMEs will be part of the delegation that will travel to Dubai to be part of the Expo Peru Dubai commercial platform, which will take place on 19 and 20 of January 2022 within the framework of the Peruvian presentation at Expo 2020 Dubai.
To achieve this objective, Promperú will carry out the “Exporting to the Arab Market Program”, a strategy developed to train Peruvian entrepreneurs who will participate in the business roundtable and organized business meetings.
The training programs will be divided into four modules: the first three aimed at the Peruvian delegation, made up of 150 SMEs, which will travel to Dubai to be part of the commercial platform. And, the fourth module to regional companies interested in the Arab market and with export potential for the following years.
Likewise, the workshops and trainings will revolve around topics of interest to the export segment such as business protocols, export management, market access requirements for the food and handicrafts line, commercial opportunities, preparation to participate in wheels of business, e-commerce in the Arab market and sustainable commerce.
It is worth mentioning that the Peruvian presentation within the framework of Expo 2020 Dubai will take place until March 31, 2022, and includes the best of tourism and gastronomy, as well as the best cultural and product samples from the various regions of our country. , in a prominent national pavilion.
