To access them, it is necessary to be part of the Socioeconomic Classification (CSE) of the Household Targeting System (Sisfoh). What is SISFOH and what is it for?

The Household Targeting System (Sisfoh) is a system intersectorial (ministries) e intergovernmental (national, regional and local government) that allows identifying households in a situation of vulnerability through a Socioeconomic Classification (CSE), which can indicate whether or not it belongs to the poor, extreme poor or non-poor level.

The information provided by the Sisfoh is important because it serves so that the social programs and state subsidies identify which people are part of the prioritized population groups and can access these state benefits.

Therefore, this SISFOH classification (CSE) is one of the requirements to access some of the following state benefits:

• Comprehensive Health Insurance (Free SIS)
• National Program of Direct Support to the Poorest (Together)
• Peru works
• Energy Social Inclusion Fund (FISE)
• Scholarship 18 of the National Program of Scholarships and Educational Loans (Pronabec)
• Protection Bonus for Homes Vulnerable to Seismic Risks (My Home)
• Severe disability pension

How to request my registration in SISFOH?

To request your registration in SISFOH you must follow the following steps:

1. Request your Socioeconomic Classification (CSE)

The first thing you have to do is go to the Local Registration Unit (ULE) of the Municipality where you live. There you must request your CSE and the S100 record format. You will have to fill it out and present it along with the DAYS of all the members of your household and the utility bills (water and electricity bill).

2. Wait for the visit of your Municipality

The Municipality will visit your home to collect the data of your home through the application of the Single Socioeconomic File. This information will be sent to the Direction of Targeting Operations so that the Socioeconomic Classification of your home is determined there.

How to update my Sisfoh 2021?

The Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis) enabled an online platform that allows citizens to process an online service ticket from any digital device so that their respective municipality, through the Local Registration Unit (ULE), schedule a visit to your home and they can begin the process of determining or updating the Socioeconomic Classification (CSE).

These are the steps you must follow to begin the update process:

• Select the department, province and district where you live. Enter the security code that is requested and press ‘Next’.
• Next, write the personal data that the platform will request.
• Validate and reserve. That is all!

Amazonian populations: How to apply for CSE?

The Socioeconomic Classification (CSE) from extreme poor to households that are part of and reside in the areas of indigenous peoples located in the Peruvian Amazon, according to information from the Official Database of Indigenous Peoples of the Ministry of Culture.

To request this classification it is necessary that you go to the ULE (Local Registration Unit) of the Municipality where you live. Once there, it requests the CSE and the R200 record format. You must fill it out and present it together with the ID of all the members of your household.

The institution will verify if your home belongs to an indigenous people from the Official Database of Indigenous Peoples of the Ministry of Culture and depending on that it will grant you your CSE of extreme poor.
