How to request my registration in SISFOH?
To request your registration in SISFOH you must follow the following steps:
1. Request your Socioeconomic Classification (CSE)
The first thing you have to do is go to the Local Registration Unit (ULE) of the Municipality where you live. There you must request your CSE and the S100 record format. You will have to fill it out and present it along with the DAYS of all the members of your household and the utility bills (water and electricity bill).
2. Wait for the visit of your Municipality
The Municipality will visit your home to collect the data of your home through the application of the Single Socioeconomic File. This information will be sent to the Direction of Targeting Operations so that the Socioeconomic Classification of your home is determined there.
