The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) modified the Operating Regulations to access the Family Housing Bonus (BFH), for the application modality of Acquisition of New Housing and incorporated the BFH of exceptional intervention.
In Ministerial Resolution No. 133-2022-Housing, published today in the newspaper El Peruano, it is established that the BFH of exceptional intervention will be granted for the care of a family group (FG) with affected health, in imminent danger that their health is affected or whose care is part of the commitment assumed by the MVCS, through second-use housing.
The legal provision specifies that the GF with affected health or in imminent danger that their health is affected, are those who, in its entirety or some of its members, are suffering from any disease or there is a risk of suffering it, as a result of a situation generated in the place of habitual experience and one or more entities of the Executive Branch have duly substantiated the need for their attention through a report.
In the case of the GF whose attention is part of the commitment assumed by the MVCS, it indicates that said commitment consists of the attention of the GF through a home, which must be recorded in a record, following a report prepared by some body or program of the MVCS , or by any entity of the Executive Branch, which supports the need for care.
In both cases, the list of GFs is prepared or transferred to the General Directorate of Programs and Projects in Housing and Urbanism (DGPPVU) of the MVCS by the entity that issues the aforementioned report.
Finally, the norm indicates that the exceptional value of the BFH is equal to the difference of the maximum value of the social interest housing in the New Housing Acquisition application modality, less the value of the savings.
