The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation through the Mivivienda Fund (FMV) made a disbursement of S/42 million 615,000 last year.   • Be of legal age, regardless of marital status.

The Good Payer Bonus (BBP) grants between S/10,800 and S/25,700 for those benefiting from the New Mivivienda Credit. For this, an initial contribution of between 7.5% and 30% of the value of the property familiar. It is worth mentioning that the price of the house cannot exceed S/ 343,900.
