For the first time in the 40-year history of the Basque Academy of Police and Emergencies, specialized Ertzaintza jobs leave on free shift to join traffic units and criminal investigation teams.

Requirements
This call is the first to be held in the Basque Country eliminating the height requirement. It is one of the measures designed by the Basque Government and EUDEL to increase the number of policewomen in the Basque Country. That percentage will be 35% mandatory in the Ertzaintza and 25% local police in this call.
