Infocorp is not the only one: other credit bureaus where you can be reported for debts

In Peru, Infocorp is the best known credit bureau, but it is not the only one. Like this entity exist three other centrals authorized and supervised by the Superintendency of Banking and Insurance (SBS). Next we will introduce you to each of them.

What are the other credit bureaus in Peru?

1. Sentinel

3. Superintendency of Banks and Insurance (SBS)

According to Law 26702, the Superintendency of Banks and Insurance (SBS) not only operates as a regulatory and supervisory entity of banks, but also handles data from the public sector, therefore it has the character of risk center.

How to see my debt report in the SBS?

The SBS Debt Report presents the list of credits and ratings contracted by companies in the financial system. There you can even see details such as the lines of credit granted that have not been used. Follow these steps and find out what your debt history is:

  • Enter the SBS Debt System portal.
  • Complete the requested information in the fields on the page: ID, first and second surname, name, birth, date of issue, etc.
  • Select “Login” and you’re done.
