Shakira was once again the protagonist of a musical mega-success, in which —true to her style— her lyrics convey her feelings and some passages from her life. The BZRP Music Sessions #53, in collaboration with the Argentine producer Bizarrap, it has achieved countless reproductions on all digital platforms and one of the aspects that makes the piece of music more successful are the similes it uses, such as the “You traded a Rolex for a Casio”stanza that has increased the value of the shares of the Japanese company.
The Colombian artist alludes in this verse to the fact that she would become a Rolex (luxury watch brand) and the current couple of Gerard PiquéClara Chía Martí, would become a Casio (a well-known brand but more common than the one mentioned above). Curiously, far from discrediting the Asian company, the mention of Shakira increased the value of her shares.

In turn, the headquarters in Spain of the renowned company Casio, which among the “most common” items it offers, has watches, calculators and keyboards for musical use. It took advantage of the media exposure on platforms such as Twitter (where they are among the top trends of the moment) to respond in a playful way to the piece of music.
