García recognized that despite the tense panorama in which he took office along with the rest of the ministers, it was necessary to attend to the social needs of the country, and for this reason, they traveled to various regions to close the gaps.

This time I believe that attention to social demands is no longer enough for what the country needs. The tragedies that we have just experienced demonstrate this, ”she detailed in a statement.
Likewise, García Birimisa urged the Government to “express the pain we feel for the lives of our brothers” and apologize to the population and recognize that “mistakes were made that must be corrected so that they are not repeated.”
