This opinion will favor affiliates and ex-contributors of the National Pension System (SNP), administered by the Social Security Normalization Office (ONP), who have contributed a minimum of 48 months from January 2002 onwards, thus benefiting 115,189 compatriots, which is equivalent to a cost of S/752 million.
