National software entrepreneurship proposes to companies to organize themselves legally and avoid corruption issues

A new digital venture created in Ecuador seeks to provide services to automate processes of legal compliance, crime prevention and internal control of companies. In December, the virtual launch of the program was carried out, created by the entrepreneur Bryan Mancero, founder and general manager of Mancelex. According to Mancero, Mancelex is a pioneer in Ecuador in designing a software of this nature, whose main objective is to provide a comprehensive service that automates strategic processes of organizations, both public and private.

But how was born the idea to create this software? According to Mancero, all companies need to comply with the law, since it is the best way to prevent fines and sanctions. In the same way, it is important that organizations carry out adequate risk management that allows, among other things,

  • protect workers
  • Avoid economic losses and
  • Facilitate the administration of entrepreneurs.

So the entrepreneur, who is an expert in law, looked for the ideal people, experts in programming and computer science to create the software that offers identification and digitalization services of the legal obligations that regulate clients; monitoring and updating of regulatory changes in order to keep legal compliance up to date of companies; advice on issues of compliance; and corporate legal services.

Mancelex is committed to providing quality services and technological solutions that facilitate and optimize the critical and strategic administrative processes of its clients, says the entrepreneur.

The software it can facilitate the work of corporate lawyers, compliance officers and business administrators.

According to its design, users can access seven different modules: legal compliance, complaints channel, risk management, task management, document management, evaluations, and system use. The digital system is internationally competitive and, most importantly, its prices are adapted to the reality of the Ecuadorian market.

This software, linked to legaltech, it also serves SMEs and large corporations, regardless of their economic activity or nationality.

Mancero explained that in two years of development an investment of approximately $100,000 has been made. At the moment the business is expected to grow and it is estimated that monthly sales, the first year, will be between $5,000 and $7,000 and four jobs have been created.

According to Mancero, although the official launch was made in December, a pre-launch was carried out in October to find out market acceptance and there were at least 150 interested users, mostly corporate lawyers, but also companies, including: law firms, companies retail, manufacture of food products, construction companies, sale of vehicles, sale of household appliances, among others, says Mancero. As of Monday, December 12, confirmed users began to be added to the system.

By getting the software a learning and improvement model is also acquired, since the advice they provide is permanent and continuous. (YO)
