The new ACS shares subscribed on the occasion of the delivery of the flexible dividend They have started trading on the Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia Stock Exchanges this Friday. These are 8.33 million shares with a nominal amount of 4.16 million euros and a current value, according to market prices, of 183 million.
With an exchange of a new ACS title for every 19 current shares, 60% of the construction company’s shareholders opted for receive the dividend payment in this way, increasing your exposure to the company. The rest, 40% of the total, chose to receive the remuneration from ACS in cash, through a payment of 1.27 euros that the shareholders pocketed last Thursday, July 8, as planned in the flexible dividend calendar or ‘scrip dividend’.

The construction company chaired by Florentino Pérez has decided to execute a capital reduction by amortization of treasury shares so that shareholders who choose cash do not see their participation in the share capital diluted, therefore the capital will also be reduced by the same amount.
