Likewise, he added that, in this “new horizon”, the Government “has to collaborate and work to have a strong industrial area in Euskadi”.

In statements to the media in Oñati, the counselor has expressed her respect for the decision adopted this past Friday by the cooperative members in the assemblies of the Ulma and Orona Group and which, she considers, “is well thought out, analyzed pros and cons”, and It has been “forceful” in both entities.

Tapia pointed out that “a new horizon is opening up within the economic and industrial order in Euskadi”, but, in any case, he stressed that Mondragon will continue to be “a relevant group” and Ulma and Orona “continue to be cooperatives”. and, as he has remarked, “they themselves have said that they will continue with those values ​​of cooperativism, solidarity and joint work”.
