The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Minjus) will hold a vehicle auction this Tuesday, December 20. The auction of 15 cars, vans Y trucks will be held at 2:00 pm at the headquarters of the National Seized Assets Program (Pronabi), Monaco Passage 171, Santiago de Surco.
The vehicle auction will be carried out under the modality of closed envelope and the award of the good pro will be broadcast on the Minjus YouTube channel. The assets were seized, confiscated or declared in forfeiture by various crimes against the state.

The modality of closed envelope consists of bidders presenting their offers in an envelope until Tuesday, December 20 from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. at the headquarters of Pronabi. After that, the members of the auction committeetogether with a notary, will unveil the offers without public attendance.
The good pro will be awarded to the highest economic offer presented, whose amount must be equal to or greater than the base price. The economic proposal envelope must include a cover letter, affidavit and non-negotiable cashier’s check.
