What requirements must I meet to receive a Christmas bonus in the public sector?
- Having provided services, enjoying vacation rest or paid leave as of November 30, 2022.
- Have been in the service for at least three months by November 30, 2022. If the worker does not meet the minimum time, the bonus will be paid proportionally to the months and days worked.
Who will receive the Christmas bonus granted by the Executive?
- Officials and servers appointed and hired under the labor regime of DL No. 276, Law No. 29944 and Law No. 30512.
- University professors referred to in Law No. 30220.
- Health personnel within Legislative Decree No. 1153.
- Permanent and casual workers in the public sector.
- Armed Forces and Police personnel.
- For teachers, the Christmas bonus is calculated in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29944.
